All bids must be submitted as soon as possible. Pricing must be effective through December 31, 2016. Winning bidders will receive a package of detailed information from Worksmith regarding this client, location(s) to be serviced and service request prior to starting the service.
The client requests that you provide your best bids based on the following information:
1. Frequency: OBWB would like to see your pricing for a) monthly maintenance and b) quarterly maintenance.
2. Number of grease traps per location: 1 per location
3. Location of grease trap: OBWB would like to understand if there is any difference in your pricing if the trap is located inside or outside the facility.
4. Size of grease trap: OBWB would like to see bids for the following sizes of grease traps: 80 gal, 250 gal, 400 gal, 1350 gal, 1500 gal and 2000 gal.
5. Timing of service: For inside traps, the best time is 3pm. For outside traps, the best time is any time between 7am and 3pm.
Please remember to take the Worksmith platform fee into account when setting your prices for this bid. The Worksmith platform fee is 25% of your list price. As an example, if you propose to charge the customer $100 for a particular service, Worksmith will handle all billings, collections, and first-line customer service, keeping $25.00 as its platform fee and remitting $75.00 to you as per the Local Provider Agreement. Worksmith handles all sales tax as well, collecting sales tax from the client and remitting to the appropriate agencies. You will send your invoice directly to Worksmith at the end of each month, and you will receive payment on Net 45 day terms.
