You are invited to bid on this new opportunity for store cleaning at the retailer Proenza Schouler starting in September or October 2016. Please enter your best wholesale price below for DAILY cleaning based on the important details that follow.

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THE PROJECT

  • Address: 121 Greene Street, NY, NY
  • Frequency: 6 days per week, Tuesday - Sunday
  • Scope: trash removal, wipe/dust surface areas, wipe down glass, mop floors, vacuum fitting rooms, clean bathroom, clean kitchen and glassware (dishwasher available)
  • Preferred time: during business hours, starting at 10:30am and ending around Noon each day
  • Preferred sequence of cleaning: Clean the selling floor areas first and then the back rooms afterwards
  • Square footage of store: 3179 square feet
  • Type of floors: carpet, wood and tile
  • # of bathrooms: 1
  • # of kitchens: 1
  • # of fitting rooms: 2
  • Cleaning supplies are provided on site by the client
  • Budget: $72/day or $22,500 annualized (assuming 52 weeks @ 6 days/week)

All bids must be submitted as soon as possible. Pricing must be effective through December 31, 2017. Winning bidders will receive a package of detailed information from Worksmith regarding this client, the location to be serviced and the time of service request prior to scheduling the first day of service. 

Please remember to submit your very best wholesale price for this opportunity. The wholesale price is the amount that you will receive per cleaning. Worksmith, in turn, will present a formal retail price to the client. As a reminder, Worksmith will handle all billings, collections, and first-line customer service. Worksmith handles all sales tax as well, collecting sales tax from the client and remitting to the appropriate agencies. You will send your invoice directly to Worksmith at the end of each month, and you will receive payment on Net 45 day terms.
